La coalition rassemble 42 ONG et personnalités palestiniennes basées dans la partie Est de Jérusalem. Son but est de mobiliser contre la confiscation par le gouvernement israélien des terres et immeubles de Jérusalem-Est, par des actions de terrain, des conférences et rapports, en direction des autorités palestiniennes et de la communauté internationale. La coalition apporte aussi une aide matérielle et juridique aux victimes de la politique israélienne [expulsions, destructions de maisons…].
